Happy Valentines Day everyone! Beautiful day here in Eau Claire.
Another side note of previous "current conditions" from the Eau Claire Memorial weather station. The station must be located in direct sunlight as there is a 10 degree F difference from the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport station.
The continuation of the South wind has brought some additional warmth to the region today. The song birds were singing away as I walked across the UWEC footbridge today. The skies are crystal clear, letting the sun do the work.
My forecast from yesterday is looking to be spot on at this point.
Tomorrows forecast is looking a little less enjoyable than today's. Clouds are going to be moving in along with the low pressure system highlighted yesterday. The temperatures should be in the middle 30's, with winds remaining in the 10 MPH range. The cloud cover will be limiting the temperature from reaching its full potential.
