Gorgeous afternoon here in Fall Creek, WI. Not a cloud in the sky and the sun has warmed us up to almost 40 degrees this afternoon. The morning did not start out that way, as it was a little crisp out there. There was good evidence out my window of another thermal inversion as evidence from my neighbors wood stove smoke (Figure 1). We are currently in the middle of a huge High Pressure dome which has brought us the clear conditions.

There is a large Nor'easter which just hit the East Coast and the Southwest was experiencing sever thunderstorms. If you haven't seen any of this checkout Accuweather.com for some updates.
My last forecast (sorry it is spring break and I have been way to busy) was fair, no precipitation made it to the region.
Tomorrows forecast looks to be a repeat of today. Temperature should reach almost to the mid-40's with mostly clear skies.
