Another clear and crisp morning here in Eau Claire, WI! Steam was rising off the river as I crossed the UWEC footbridge this morning at around 8:00 AM. The sun is rising in crystal clear skies which will hopefully, help bring the temperatures above 0 today.

Yesterdays forecast for today is looking rock solid at this point. Temperatures are not supposed to rise much above 9 degrees F today with no precipitation in today's forecast.
Tomorrow I predict the temperatures will remain in the single digits again but there will be a chance for precipitation with the increase in humidity levels from today. We should not see much more than a light wind throughout the day.
