An uneventful weather day here in Eau Claire. The skies are relatively clear with a few wispy clouds spread around. We are currently under a high pressure dome which has brought in cooler temperatures.
My forecast from yesterday for today was spot on at this point.
Tomorrow I expect to see more of the same with possible higher temperatures. The local weather forecasters are predicting snow in the afternoon, however I am suspect of the formation of that at the current moment. The wind patterns and pressure systems just don't look strong enough to push into the area or have and precipitation associated with them. There is some water vapor off to the west in the atmosphere but the winds are driving it off to the north and not the east. Time will tell...
