Good morning all!
Today here in Eau Claire there is a chill in the air. The sky's were crystal clear clear this morning, with a steady breeze bringing making the sub-zero temperature feel even colder. The clear sky's have me believing the weather will remain consistent throughout the day with a minimal rise in the temperature and no precipitation.

Based on the temperatures today and looking at the temperature and wind map from Weather Underground I predict tomorrows weather will be very similar to today's weather. Temperatures will remain chilly and relatively strong winds will keep persist.
